This is one of the most generic and popular material we offer. This is best used for indoor use where labels will not be subject to any harsher conditions. However, it is important to note that semi-gloss paper is not always the best choice for every label printing application. One limitation of semi-gloss paper is that it can be easily torn, which can be a problem in cases where the label needs to be handled frequently or where there is a risk of damage during shipping or storage. Another factor to consider when using semi-gloss paper is humidity. Semi-gloss paper is not a suitable choice for labels that will be exposed to high levels of humidity, as the paper can become saturated and the ink may bleed or smudge. In these cases, a different material such as vinyl or polyester may be a better choice.
All surface finishing options (gloss, matte laminations, UV Varnish, etc.) are available for Semi-Gloss Paper material.
