Estate #4 Paper is a premium material specifically crafted for roll label printing, distinguished by its exceptional texture that accentuates the natural characteristics of the paper. This unique texture sets Estate #4 Paper apart and is specifically designed for applications that seek to highlight the material’s tactile quality.
The distinct texture of Estate #4 paper adds depth and sophistication to labels, making it an ideal choice for products that aim to showcase a refined and artisanal image. The texture of the paper itself becomes an integral part of the label design, creating a visually appealing and tactile experience for consumers.
To fully leverage the texture of Estate #4 Paper, it is recommended to utilize a “light” design approach. This means using minimalistic and elegant designs that do not overpower or cover the intricate texture of the paper. By opting for a lighter design, the unique texture of Estate #4 Paper can shine through, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal and creating a sense of craftsmanship.
The combination of Estate #4 Paper’s texture and the thoughtful use of light design results in labels that exude sophistication and quality. Whether applied to wine bottles, gourmet foods, or specialty products, Estate #4 Paper elevates the label’s visual impact, creating a tactile experience that resonates with discerning consumers.
NOTE: In-house testing is always recommended prior to final design selection. Qualification of material is subjective; evaluation and customer perception might differ. Because label designs vary, we encourage end-use application testing of the material.
NO surface finishing options (gloss, matte laminations, UV Varnish, etc.) are available for Estate #4 Paper material.
Adhesive: It is a permanent adhesive which is removable in minimum 100° F water. Developed with good initial tack and ultimate adhesion, it can be used as a permanent adhesive on many substrates, yet be removed from that substrate after immersion in water hotter than 100° F. Removal times will vary due to differences in facestocks and substrates. Where removal is required, this adhesive is recommended for use on HDPE, polypropylene, poly vinyl chloride (PVC), polyester, stainless steel, and glass. We do not recommend it for use with film facestocks (i.e., polypropylene, polystyrene), due to a potential surface interaction which could cause the loss of water removability.
