This notice describes the Privacy Policy (hereinafter, “Privacy Policy”) for Quadriga
USA Enterprises, Inc. (hereinafter, “Company” or “Quadriga”). The Company’s Privacy Policy is designed to advise you about how we collect, use, and protect the personal information provided to us. This Privacy Policy is prepared in compliance with applicable privacy laws including, inter alia, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020. This Privacy Policy applies to all the Company-maintained websites, domains, information portals, and registries. By visiting the Company’s public website [https://quadlabels.com/], you are accepting the Company’s practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the terms of the Privacy Policy, you are directed to discontinue accessing or otherwise using the website or any materials obtained from it.

Quadriga does not collect any data or personally identifiable information unless the
customer provides it to the Company expressly by signing up for a user account, or impliedly by visiting Quadriga’s website. In general, Quadriga may collect and use the following non- exclusive categories of personally identifiable information:
Identifiers: [such as name, address, unique personal or online identifier, internet protocol (IP) address, electronic mail (e-mail) address, account name, or other similar identifiers];

Personal information as defined in California Customer Records law: [such as name, signature, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, bank account number, credit or debit card number, or other financial information] (With respect to payment information such as credit/debit card numbers, bank account numbers, etc., Quadriga does not store such information and merely transmits such information to Quadriga’s third-party payment processors);

Quadriga’s websites use “cookies” in order for Quadriga to personalize your online experience and to record your online transactions. A cookie is a small piece of data that Quadriga’s website stores on your computer and accesses each time you visit, so Quadriga can understand how you use its website. This helps us serve you content based on preferences you have specified and saves you time by eliminating the need to enter the same information each time you visit Quadriga’s website or browse pages within it.
Quadriga’s websites are primarily intended for business-to-business purposes and transactions. You are required to register in order to utilize the full functionality of the website.

Registration requires that you provide Quadriga with certain information that is potentially of a personal nature. For example, Quadriga will ask you for your e-mail address, name, company name, company website, address and telephone number. You will also be asked to create a password that, along with your e-mail address, will enable you to login and use the Quadriga websites in the future.
If you place an order, make a purchase, or sign up for a paid membership or subscription service, Quadriga will also ask for additional information, such as a credit card number and billing address, and/or bank account information. This information is used to create a customer billing account. Quadriga may also assign you a unique identification number that is matched against the information you provide to Quadriga. Your personally identifiable information will also be matched against any material you upload to Quadriga for print fulfillment.
If you place an order and upload a data file to Quadriga for print fulfillment, there may be personally identifiable information contained in this data file (e.g. a name, address, telephone number and e-mail address on a business card file). This information may be yours or that of someone else. If it belongs to someone else, we will assume that this person has authorized you to forward this data to Quadriga. If you are not authorized to send such data to Quadriga, you should not upload the file. If you are not authorized to send such data to Quadriga and have uploaded the file for print fulfillment, you are required to notify Quadriga immediately.
We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:
• Auditing related to auditing compliance;
• Helping to ensure security and integrity and prevent fraud;
• Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair functionality;

• Short-term, transient use, including, but not limited to, non-personalized advertising shown as part of your current interaction with us;
• Performing services including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing financing, and providing analytic services;
• Providing advertising and marketing services, except for cross-context behavioral advertising, to you;
• Undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration;
• Undertaking activities to verify, maintain, or improve the quality or safety of our products or
services; and
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations;

Quadriga does not sell, rent, or lease any person’s personal information or lists of email addresses to anyone for marketing purposes, and we take commercially reasonable steps to maintain the security of all personally identifiable information. However, Quadriga reserves the right to supply any such information to any organization into which Quadriga may merge in the future or to which it may make any transfer in order to enable a third party to continue part or all of its mission. The Company also reserves the right to release your personal information to protect its systems or business, when it reasonably believes you to be in violation of our “Terms of Use” or Privacy Policy or if the Company reasonably believes that you have initiated or participated in any illegal activity. In addition, please be aware that in certain circumstances, Quadriga may be obligated to release your personal information pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or other orders.

Some personally identifiable information that you will provide to Quadriga must necessarily be disclosed outside of Quadriga in order for us to provide its services to you (e.g., to ship a fulfilled order we must disclose the address to the shipping carrier.) Quadriga may disclose personal information to:
• third party service providers for the purpose of enabling them to provide their services,
including (without limitation) IT service providers, data storage, hosting and server providers, ad networks, analytics, error loggers, debt collectors, maintenance or problem- solving providers, marketing or advertising providers, professional advisors and payment systems operators;
• our employees, contractors and/or related entities;
• third parties, including agents or sub-contractors, who assist us in providing information,
products, services or direct marketing to you; and
• third parties to collect and process data.

The Company will keep your personal information throughout the time while you have an account with Quadriga or while we are providing any products or services to you. Thereafter, we will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary:
• To respond to any questions, complaints or claims made by you or on your behalf;
• To show that we treated you fairly; or
• To keep records required by law.

Quadriga uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide to Quadriga on computer systems with limited access which are located in controlled facilities. Transmission of sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, is protected through the use of encryption technology such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Please note that we do not regard any of the information provided to us in data files uploaded to us for print fulfillment as sensitive information requiring encryption.
In addition, our business practices are reviewed periodically for compliance with policies and procedures governing the security and confidentiality of our information. Our business practices presently limit employee access to confidential information and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons.


From time to time, the Company may update and revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers’ feedback or in response to changes in applicable privacy laws. When we do make changes to this Privacy Policy we will revise the “last updated” date for the Privacy Policy. Because we reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, please make sure that you review it periodically.
If you already signed up for a user account on the Company’s website and we modify the terms of this Privacy Policy, you will be advised or otherwise receive a notification that the terms of Privacy Policy have been changed/updated. If you then proceed to use the Company’s websites after the Privacy Policy is updated, you are agreeing to and are accepting of the Company’s practices described in any updated Privacy Policy.

Quadriga does not intentionally collect information from minors. Quadriga does not target its websites to children and its websites do not provide any services or sell products to children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
